Who Are We?
NHS Innovations East Midlands is the technology transfer arm of the NHS. It provides services to NHS organisations in the East Midlands region including Derbyshire Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.
The hub is funded by the Department of Health and the Department of Innovation, Universities & Skills.
NHS Innovations East Midlands provides a wide range of services to support the management of NHS intellectual property including identification, registration, evaluation and commercialisation of intellectual property.

NHS Innovations East Midlands is holding a series of local workshops, with input from the NIHR Research Design Service, to provide information around activities and possible access to i4i funding

2009 Da Vinci Awards for Innovation in Healthcare

NHS East Midlands Regional Innovation Fund
The 2009/10 East Midlands Regional Innovation Fund worth £1.94M is now open for applications. Held by the SHA, the fund is to support the adoption and spread of leading-edge practices, clinical pathways, approaches, technologies and products; adaption of ideas from other industries or markets, and new idea generation.
