Who Are We?

NHS Innovations East Midlands is the technology transfer arm of the NHS. It provides services to NHS organisations in the East Midlands region including Derbyshire Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.

The hub is funded by the Department of Health and the Department of Innovation, Universities & Skills.

NHS Innovations East Midlands provides a wide range of services to support the management of NHS intellectual property including identification, registration, evaluation and commercialisation of intellectual property.

The Novel binocular treatment (I-BiT™) system highly commended at the Da Vinci Health Technology Awards 2010

The Novel binocular treatment (I-BiT™) system project was one of the six highly commended projects that were recognised at the DaVinci Health Technology Awards ceremony at Loughborough University on 22nd March 2010.
